If you’re like me you wanted to try out the Starbucks Cup Magic app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/starbucks-cup-magic/id469972089?mt=8), but you were too impatient to wait to find all the cups!
Just hold your phone up to the Starbucks Holiday Cup’s images below. (it may take a bit for it to recognize the image. I got it to work for each photo.)

Easily create an iPhone 4S ringtone. (works on all iOS5 devices.)
Find an mp3, wav, midi, anything you like. Add it to your iTunes library.
Right click the file and choose “Create AAC Version”.

Right click the newly created file and choose “Show in Finder”.

Rename the file extension from “.m4a” to “.m4r”.

Drag and drop the newly renamed .m4r file into your ringtones folder inside your iTunes and sync your iPhone.
Hidden Feature of the New iOS 5 and iPhone 4S: Custom Vibrations
First you’ll need to enable the ability to use custom vibrations inside the accessibility settings. You enable it by going to Settings, General, Accessibility and turning Custom Vibrations on.

Then now you will have a new setting inside your contact editor. Edit a contact, choose vibration and then you can create a new vibration or choose from a list.
